DESCRIPTION/LOCATION:  A semi-detached house originally we believe a farm worker’s cottage, dating from the late 19th century and only ever sold once before in 1967.  It was purchased by an architect who has creatively styled a house to the advantage of its main features, ie the south facing garden and views across the farmland beyond.  (The adjoining property has been similarly but not identically extended.)
